Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using [Your Spa Website Name] (“we”, “our”, “the platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern the purchase and redemption of digital e-coupons for Spa and wellness treatments offered at physical locations.

Nature of Services

We provide a digital storefront where customers can purchase prepaid vouchers (e-coupons) for professional Spa and wellness treatments. Once payment is received, the e-coupon will be sent to your email and must be redeemed in person at a listed Spa outlet.

All services are one-time use only. We do not offer subscriptions or recurring billing.

Use of E-Coupons

• Each e-coupon is valid for one-time redemption only for the specified treatment.
• To redeem at a participating Spa outlet, you must book your session in advance. Use the Contact Us page to request a convenient timeslot.
• E-coupons are valid for 14 calendar days from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
• Customers must present the digital or printed e-coupon at the time of appointment.

Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable

• E-coupons are non-refundable once redeemed.
• They are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may not be resold or reassigned.

Appointment & Redemption Policy

• Booking instructions are included in your e-coupon.
• Advance booking is required and subject to availability at the selected Spa outlet.
• Arriving 15 minutes late or more may lead to cancellation or a shortened session.
• No-shows without notice will result in forfeiture of the coupon.

Payment Policy

Accepted Payment Methods

• We only accept one-time payments via the following credit card brands:
• Visa
• MasterCard
• American Express (AMEX)
• JCB
• No recurring billing, bank transfers, cash, or e-wallet payments are accepted.

Accepted Currencies

• All payments must be made in one of the following currencies:
• Japanese Yen (JPY)
• US Dollar (USD)
• Hong Kong Dollar (HKD)
• Your card issuer may apply conversion rates. We do not charge FX or handling fees.

Secure Payment

• Payments are processed using secure PCI-DSS compliant gateways.
• We do not store credit card numbers.

Confirmation

• Upon successful payment:
• You will receive a transaction receipt.
• You will receive your e-coupon in a separate email.

Disclaimer

• We are not responsible for the outcome, service quality, or experience at the Spa outlet.
• If you have allergies, skin conditions, or sensitivities to Spa products, you must inform the therapist before your session begins.
• All complaints must be submitted to us within 48 hours after your appointment.
• No recurring charges or automatic future payments will be made. This platform does not operate on a subscription basis.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, and any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
